VHICHT1-HP Series Product Description:

The SCT1-HP Series presents a high-efficiency welding fume cleaner featuring a 3-stage filtration system, ideal for expelling fumes and eliminating dust during the soldering process in the circuit board and electronics industries. Mechanical single-arm welding fume purifiers utilize a suction arm to connect to the top air inlet position. They can be equipped with flexible or rigid suction arms ranging from 2 to 4 meters long, suitable for automated tasks. Additionally, they can be designed and configured with other flexible smoke capture devices.

Below the welding smoke purifier are 4 oversized rubber casters with locking function, ensuring easy mobility of the equipment on complex workshop floors.

Smoke and fumes drawn into the smoke trapping device are directed into the purifier. Initially, large particles of dust are filtered by the pre-filter membrane, while fine particles of fumes pass through the main filter. These particles are conductively adsorbed onto the high-voltage electrostatic plate, resulting in purified air that can circulate directly indoors. For specialized processes like brazing, optional filter cores are available for targeted fume management.

The purifier’s operation panel features corresponding daily indicator lights and usage maintenance instructions, facilitating daily operations.
