(1) Filtration Principle: Under the action of the main fan in the system, dust-laden gas enters through the inlet of the dust collector, passes through the airflow homogenization device, and then turns downward into the ash hopper. Due to the slowdown in flow rate, inertia, and the self-weight of the dust, large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertia and fall directly into the ash hopper. The dust-laden gas then enters the filter bag filtering area through the ash hopper. As the gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the bag. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber through the mouth of the filter bag and is discharged through the outlet.

(2) Ash Removal Principle: As the filtering time extends, the dust layer on the filter bag continuously thickens, and the resistance gradually increases. When the resistance reaches a preset value, the ash removal device begins to operate. During ash removal, compressed air is rapidly and sequentially passed through each pulse valve, ejecting through the nozzle to spray the filter bag, causing it to rapidly expand and vibrate. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper.

(3) Dust Collection: The dust trapped by the filter bag and ash removal device falls into the ash hopper and is then discharged through the ash hopper outlet.
