3. Under some working conditions, the differential pressure of the filter cartridge is always at a low value, not reaching the differential pressure alarm value, but the dust has deterioration, fire and other dangerous factors, it is recommended to replace the filter cartridge if it has been used for more than 3,000 hours, and you can consult our engineers to confirm.

B/Industrial dust collector working environment is harsh, can the cartridge/bag be repeatedly taken out for cleaning or repairing after use?

1. Taking out the filter/bag for cleaning will cause secondary pollution.

2. Repeatedly taking out the filter cartridge will easily cause deformation or damage to the filter cartridge, which in turn will cause damage to the equipment, affect the filtration efficiency, and the emission will not meet the standard and other serious consequences.

C/ My equipment cartridges/bags have been used for a long time, the effect is not good, need to be replaced, but for cost considerations, I only replace part of the cartridges/bags to save money.

We recommend replacing the entire cartridge/bag when it reaches the end of its service life. Replacing only a portion of the cartridge/bag will cause the newly replaced cartridge/bag to be overloaded, which in turn will shorten its service life.
