Solution:
The PCB drilling machine generally reserves a suction cover above each drill bit, and a 20 / 25mm diameter round tube is left above the suction cover for connecting the dust collector. Due to the small pipe diameter and the large particle size of debris, it is necessary to choose an industrial vacuum cleaner with high negative pressure, such as our VZS series, or VZF auto-cleaning series vacuum. Suction hoods are generally reserved above the cutters of V-CUT machines, and round tubes dia 50-100mm are left above the suction hoods for connection to dust collectors. We can choose our VZS series and VJFG series dust collector according to the number and diameter of the dust suction port..

Central Cleaning Treatment and solution
